FAQ;

Q: How to switch between ANC and transparent mode?
A: Long press the touch area of the right earbud for 3S, then stop touching it when you hear a "tick" sound and its supports switching into the noise reduction/ transparent and off mode in turn.
Note: The normal sound effect is default mode after turn on, that is off mode.

Q: The charging case can not be charged.
A: You can replace a data cable to try again, or make sure the port is connected properly.

Q: The earbuds fail to power on.
A: Check the battery capacity of the charging case, and make sure there is no dirty between the contact point of the charging case and the contact pin of the earbuds, and make it contact in place. Please charge it for more than 30mins before starting up if the earbuds are power off.

Q: It appeared two "JR-TA2" device names or the name cannot be searched when searching for the BT device.
A: It is recommended to delete the two device names, turn off the BT function of your mobile phone, put the earbuds back into the charging case. Long press the touch area of any earbuds for 3S, then the pairing information will be cleared once the red indicator light on the earbuds flashes 1S, it can be reconnected again just by closing the case for 5S.

Q: No sound from earbuds?
A:  Please wear the earbuds properly according to the above pairing method. And check whether the volume and playback channel of the mobile phone is turned on normally after connecting successfully. Click the right icon of the connected device and make sure the media channel and call channel are turned on properly.

Q: The signal is unstable or intermittent.
A: 1. Please shorten the connection distance between the earbuds and the device;
2. Please stay away from the environment with strong interference sources;
3. Please make sure that the antennas of the mobile phone and the earbuds are not blocked.

Q: The channel volume is still low, even turning it to the maximum volume.
A: The volume up/down functions of the earbuds and the mobile phone are operated independently due to the various systems setting (such as Android) of the mobile phone, please adjust the volume of the mobile phone and the earbuds according to the setting of the mobile phone.

Q: Low voice or unclear?
A: Ture the volume to the maximum volume and keep the phone near your earbuds.

Q: How far is the transmission distance between the left ear and the right ear?
A: It's recommended to connect it within 3 meters in obstacle-free normal circumstances.
